It all began with the vision of holistically supporting people on their journey to a healthier and more fulfilling life. We quickly realized that true well-being extends far beyond isolated measures. Health is an interplay of mental strength, mindful nutrition, regular exercise, and valuable rest. From this conviction, our approach emerged, based on the four pillars of mindset, nutrition, exercise, and rest.


Core Mallorca represents a training and lifestyle concept that goes far beyond classic fitness training. It combines scientifically sound methods with a clear philosophy: to harmonize body and mind – sustainably, functionally, and individually.

The foundation of our holistic health concept in Mallorca is based on the internationally recognized approaches of Mark Verstegen, Michael Boyle, and Gray Cook – three of the most influential experts in performance training, functional movement, and sustainable health. My studies and training were specifically geared towards the work of these individuals. All of their books, concepts, and training philosophies continue to guide me and shape every single training session at Core Mallorca.
